[General Requirements] 12-second realistic single outfit change short video, 9:16 vertical screen. Strictly replicate the movement logic of the reference video 'Balance Outfit Change': the female lead balances on one leg, uses the outer side of her lifted foot to hold a bundle of 'shoes + clothes', tosses the bundle into the air, quickly retracts her leg to build power, and performs a single high-speed kick that accurately hits the target; the outfit change occurs in the exact frame where the foot and the clothes overlap. The change must be a hard cut in one frame, not a gradient, transformation, or clothes gradually covering the body. No dialogue, no narration, no subtitles, no watermarks, keep the background music.
[Character Lock] The lead is an adult woman over 25, using @1. Facial features, skin tone, hairstyle, height, and body proportions remain consistent throughout, no face-swapping, no age change, no body shape change. Movements feature realistic center of gravity, muscle exertion, breathing patterns, and slight balance swaying.
[Outfit Lock] Before change: Black short-sleeved T-shirt, lavender flare pants, black and white sneakers. After change: The lead instantly switches to the complete look of preset #1, strictly maintaining the colors, cut, material, and styling of #1. Only one outfit change occurs in the entire video, and the second look lasts until the end without adding, removing, or replacing any clothing, shoes, or accessories.
[Starting Clothing Bundle] The opening prop is not a single shoe, but a compact, weighted bundle consisting of the shoes and folded clothes corresponding to preset #1. The shoe outlines are on top, with folded fabric supporting the shoes from below and some fabric edges hanging naturally. The bundle is supported by the outer side of the lead's left sneaker, the outer instep,
