The male is an adult around 38 years old, with a buzz cut, short stubble, shirtless, wearing dark grey sports shorts with orange trim, and grey-black sneakers.

Abnormal muscle lumps already exist on his shoulders and back at the start; they do not grow during the video.

From the left scapula to the ribs is a vertical, asymmetric massive bulge; the right shoulder has smaller stacked muscle bumps.

On the surface of the left lump are two dark purple fissure-like wounds, with shriveled, irregular edges.

The lump has real weight, slightly compressing with muscle contraction, not inflating like a balloon.

No blood spraying, tissue bursting, or extra limbs.

[Style and Camera]

9:16 portrait, 12-second continuous mobile phone recording.

The cameraman stands about two meters behind and to the left of the man, shooting from chest height.

Opens with a two-thirds rear angle showing the shoulder/back lump, arms, and EZ curl bar simultaneously.

Slight hand shake, minor composition adjustments, no circling, no cuts, no slow motion.

Ordinary old gym record: flat fluorescent lights, slight noise, compression artifacts, sweat reflections, and natural motion blur.

No horror movie lighting, no background music.

[Environment and Props]

Old community basement gym, white pillars, light green wall wainscoting, worn grey floor, red training bench, dumbbell rack, and wall fan.

An adult fitness enthusiast in grey clothes continues training in the background, not watching or screaming.

The protagonist holds the same EZ curl bar with both hands, with a fixed number of black weight plates on each side.

[0-4s | Completing Bicep Curls Seriously]

The man stands firm, elbows close to body, lifting the bar from hips to chest.
