[Segment-by-Segment Action, Expression, Gaze]
00:00–00:01.10 | Alternating Palm Push:
Legs naturally apart, knees relaxed, hips shifting weight left/right on beat. Left hand behind left ear, left elbow open outward; right arm extends toward camera, fingers spread, palm forward, forming a clear "stop" gesture. Then right hand returns to right ear side, left palm pushes forward, then retracts. Smooth hand exchange, palms do not touch lens.
Expression: Bright natural smile from start.
Gaze: Always direct eye contact with camera.
Landing: Each palm push reaches max forward on beat, hips shift simultaneously.
